If pub775 discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through misrepresentation at registration or any other means — pub775 will immediately close the associated account, forfeit any Balance in accordance with its Terms and Conditions, and securely delete all personal data associated with the account as expeditiously as legally permissible.
